Ingredients

  • Chopped Kale

  • Spray Avocado Oil

  • Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Directions

  • Spread 5-6 cups chopped kale on baking sheet.
  • Spray avocado oil lightly all over kale.
  • Sprinkle 1-2 T nutritional yeast flakes (I used Bragg’s brand) lightly all over kale.
  • Lightly salt all.
  • Roast it with Renata at 375F for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Pairs beautifully with Renata’s Super Simple Sweet Potato & Red Lentil Stew.
